What is Romb?

Romb is the reasoning engine for your organization. When a piece of work finishes, Romb drafts the insight from the work itself: what was found, why it holds, how it was worked out, and what was decided. The person who did the work confirms it. From then on it is connected to everything related, cited in answers, surfaced when related work starts, and pulled into briefings.

Ask a question and Romb reasons across what your teams have confirmed. You get the answer with its sources, not a list of documents.

02

Who is Romb for?

Any organization where people work things out and others need the reasoning later. Analysts, operators, product, finance, strategy, engineering: anyone who investigates, tests, decides, and explains. Romb starts with one team and spreads as neighboring teams see their own questions answered from work that already exists.

03

Is Romb a wiki, a search tool, or another AI assistant?

None of those, and it sits above all of them. A wiki stores what someone remembered to write down. Search finds documents that already exist. An assistant connected to your tools reasons over everything at once, current and stale alike, and cannot tell which to trust.

Romb captures reasoning at the moment work finishes, has it confirmed by the person who did the work, and reasons only across what your organization has confirmed. Keep your wiki, your search, and your assistants. Romb becomes the trusted layer they draw from.

04

How much work is it for the people doing the work?

A review, not a writing task. Romb drafts from the finished work; the person who did it corrects what is off and confirms it, or dismisses it in a click. No blank page, no documentation tax. That one review is what makes everything Romb delivers later trustworthy.

05

Do we start from zero?

No. During onboarding you choose what Romb looks at and how far back, for example the last year of a few Jira projects, Confluence spaces, and Slack channels, and Romb drafts insights from the finished work it finds there. Nothing is published on its own: people approve, edit, or dismiss the drafts, and every insight keeps its original date.

From the first week, Romb answers from work you did months ago. Live capture takes over as new work finishes.

06

How do I know an answer is right?

Every claim cites the confirmed insight it came from, one click from the source. Romb answers only from what your organization has confirmed; it does not blend in general knowledge from the internet. When the evidence is partial, it says so. When it is not confident, it stays quiet rather than guessing.

Insights carry the period they apply to and can be corrected or superseded by the people who own them, so a finding from last year is never presented as current. When two findings disagree, Romb shows the disagreement instead of picking a side.

07

Where does Romb show up in our day?

Where the questions and the work already are. In Slack, when someone asks something the organization has already worked through. In the browser, when someone starts work related to something already done. In briefings, when leadership needs the story of what is driving the business. And in Romb itself, when you want to ask directly.

Everything Romb sends is private to the person receiving it. It never posts on a team's behalf, and when it has nothing worth saying, it says nothing.

08

What does Romb read, and what happens to our data?

Romb reads only from the tools you connect, only what it needs to draft an insight or answer a question, and only in the places you opt in. It links to your documents rather than copying them, and it does not connect to your warehouse or run queries against your data.

Your content stays yours. It is never used to train models, never shared with another customer, and can be exported or deleted at your request. Security documentation for your review is available under NDA.

09

Does my manager see everything I capture or ask?

No. Drafts are yours until you publish them, dismissing a suggestion is private, and the questions you ask are private. What the organization sees is what you chose to publish, with your name on it, so people can find the person who knows.

10

What does it cost, and how do we start?

Romb is working with a small number of design partners ahead of general availability. Partners get the full product, direct influence on what we build, and preferred pricing at launch.

The way to start is a conversation. Bring a question your teams keep coming back to, and we will show you how Romb would reason through it from your own work.
