Scorecards New
- A new Scorecards section. Keep a recurring report as a series and add each period as an edition by uploading the scorecard as an image or PDF; the figures are pulled into a table for you.
- Each edition carries commentary, a discussion thread and its own audience, and can be sent to a distribution list by email.
Ask answers from scorecards and cites playbooks New
- Ask now answers from your scorecards, by name or by topic, and cites the edition it used.
- Playbooks are cited the same way as insights; click the chip to open one.
- Open Ask from a scorecard and it already knows which one you are looking at.
Work Start now opens in Ask Improved
- A Work Start notification in the Chrome extension now opens the shared Ask panel with the ticket pinned, so the brief and your follow-up questions live in one conversation.
- Briefs quote the code or query behind a figure and add a "How you'll know it's right" section.
- Chrome extension 1.0.9 includes these changes.
Microsoft 365: Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint, and Teams New
- Connect your Microsoft 365 work account to capture insights from finished work in Outlook and from documents in OneDrive and SharePoint, and to attach those files as evidence.
- In Microsoft Teams, Romb can answer questions in channels you opt in and works as a direct-message assistant. Enabled per tenant on request.
Choose who sees each insight New
- Every insight now has an audience: Draft (only you), Workspace (everyone in your organization) or Restricted (the groups you choose). Existing insights are unchanged.
- Create groups and pick them as an audience when you publish, or change it later with "Manage audience".
- A new Executive role sees every published insight without administrator rights.
